The revenue from project development for sale was 306.96 million baht, an increase of 103.74 million baht or 51.05% compared to the previous quarter (QoQ), due to the continuous increase in project sales, including single houses, duplexes, and townhomes. In Q4/2567, the company plans to launch another project, Sivaram Nature Plus (Bangpu 104), which is a Bergen-style townhome project expected to start generating revenue in Q1/2568. Therefore, with new projects and ongoing projects, the company will have a continuous stream of revenue until 2568-2569.

The performance in Q2/2567 showed a continuous increase in sales, reflecting the demand from residents seeking homes under the Sivaram projects, resulting in a noticeable growth in pre-sales. At the same time, the company believes that consumer purchasing power continues to increase, aiming for high growth with a target growth rate of 35-50% this year from new projects and ongoing revenue from existing projects.
